Travel Plans

Day-01: Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Welcome at Islamabad airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon proceed for city tour of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, which includes famous Faisal Mosque, Shakar Parian, Pakistan monument, Damen Koh, Lok Versa, Museum..

Day-02: Drive from Islamabad to Chilas

Drive to Naran 6-7 hours 239 km, after lunch continue drive to Chilas 3-4 hours 113.3 km via Babusar Pass 4,173 m. Babusar Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4,173 m (13,691 ft) above the sea level. The pass is the highest point in the Kaghan Valley, Pakistan. The pass connects the Kaghan Valley via the Thak Nala with Chilas on the Karakorum Highway. It’s one of the famous hair pinned roads in the world.

Day 04: Drive to Shimshal village – Hotel

Day 05: Free Day in Shimshal Village (final logistics) – Hotel

Day 06: Trek begin to Chaghchagh – Camp

Day 07: Trek to Pasth Halga – Camp

Day 08: Trek to Maidiyat – camp (4,312m)

Day 09: Trek to Yukshdiyat Camp – camp (4,698m)

Day 10: Trek to Ayoub camp – Camp (4,822m)

Day 11: Trek to Virjerab base camp (east) – Camp (4,908m)

Day 12: Trek to Virjerab Pass high camp (5,600m) – Camp

Day 13: Trek over Virjerab Pass (5,985m) to Virjerab BC West

Day 14 TO 26 Day Climbing Virjierab PASS

Day 27: Contingency day/sightseeing

Day 28: Fly Islamabad or drive to Chilas – Hotel
